You gave me pride, you gave me joy Happy times and precious moments So many reasons to love you To have you for a son was the most wonderful gift. You were one of a kind The kind of son that nothing or no one could replace. You were your own person Special in every way A beautiful person, inside and out You were my dream come true My best friend, too You were my rock, my inspiration, and always will be. You lit up my life I couldn't have asked for a more perfect son. We shared such a special bond that can never be broken though we're apart You're still with me in everything I do. Not a minute goes by that I don't think of you. The best years of my life were those spent with you, so precious and few. I will always treasure my memories of you. Whenever your picture comes to mind I see the beautiful smile you left behind. My pain will never go away Knowing how much I'm missing from day to day For all that you were, and had yet to be Sweetheart, you're loved more than you could ever have known.
