PHYLLIS EMMA BUCHAN (nee JOHNSON) 1923 - 2011 Peacefully on December 8, 2011, at Riverview Health Centre, Phyllis Buchan passed away at the age of 88 years. Phyllis leaves to mourn her passing her children Florence (Albert) and James, granddaughter Tanya (Brent), grandsons Andy and Richard, as well 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Andrew in 1992, her parents, as well as her brothers and sisters. Phyllis fought cancer for over a year, never letting it interfere with her Tuesday night bingo. The family would like to thank her friends and neighbours for their care and kindness in helping Phyllis do what she loved, right to the end. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service has been held.
