  • Harold and I worked together in Dist 2 in the mid eighties. We were partners in the car and also friends off the job. Harold was very proud to be a Policeman and he was a very dedicated one. He made the job a lot easier as he was ready to back his partner up at a seconds notice. I am sorry I didnt realize how sick he was. He was always one of my most favourite partners and I will always remember him. I know he loved his family and my most sincere condolences to them. - Posted by: Dan Coffell (co worker) on: Jan 08, 2012
