JULIUS GYULA BONYI Julius Bonyi passed away at the age of 79 years. Julius was born into a family of four children in Hungary, he came to Canada in 1957 landing in Quebec and eventually settling in Winnipeg where he spent the rest of his life. Julius worked in various jobs and ended his career working with Co-Op Implements in the manufacturing department, retiring in 1989. His greatest passion in life was fishing, and loved to fish at Lockport where he could enjoy his time fishing followed by a hot dog. He was a good friend and he will be missed. Funeral Service 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2012 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street. Interment Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
