JOHN HAIG Peacefully at his residence on Friday, March 30, 2012 John passed away at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by his wife Phyllis in 2010, Dad will always be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Margaret, his son Norman (Inger), granddaughters Shelley (Craig), Sherry and Angel (Jamie), and his great-grandson Aidan. A very special thank you to dad's home care nurse Pat Bray and dad's foot care nurse Pat Johnston for all their loving care and attention. The family would also like to say how much we appreciate the loving support of mom and dad's good friends Lily and Billy Clifford for being there for dad, once mom had passed away. A private family service will be held later, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3L 0K6.

My sincere condolences to the Haig family. Your Dad was a kind & gentle man who left a lasting impression in my heart. He waited his turn and now has gone to be with his Phyllis.
