Condolences & Memories (7 entries)

  • I was fortunate enough to have known grandma for only the first six short years of my life before we moved to BC and I was not to see her again. I have memories too of a wonderful inspiring lady full of vitality and most of all so giving and loving. I will never forget Sunday french toast breakfasts with grandma and grandpa and times at Moose Lake live forever in my heart. Grandma will always be my guardian angel. • Just want to express our deepest condolences to the entire Bishop family, it was always a great joy to see her at the family gathers when Andy and family were visiting from Houston. • My granny was an amazing and inspiring woman: extremely strong in the most important ways, her wisdom will be remembered always. Non-judgemental yet very strong values and opinions, always had excellent guidance advice. Her humor was almost more interesting than her sense of adventure. So many times the grandkids would have to try to keep up with granny. Her most important lesson in life to us all: FAMILY is what life is about. Loving each other, no matter what, is of utmost importance to keep the strength in any relationship. My granny will NEVER be forgotten by anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. The memories I cherish are too vast and too deep to mention but this warm and openhearted lady devoted herself to this family and her memory will be in our hearts and souls forever. - Posted by: Cindy (grandaughter) on: May 09, 2012
