REX KWOK FAI CHAN Peacefully on July 1, 2012 at Seven Oaks, Fai Chan passed away at the age of 49 years. Fai is survived by his father Wah, brothers Frank (Camy) and Wayne, and sister Elsa (Kwok Hung), as well as his four nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed and always remembered. Fai was predeceased by his mother Yin Kwai in 2010. The family would like to thank the staff of Unit 6 on the 5th floor of the Seven Oaks Hospital. Funeral service 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 6, 2012 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street with visitation one hour prior to service. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery.
