  • My condolences to the entire Rasmussen family. You could not know a more loving, caring and honest family. My life has been enriched beyond words having met Lloyd and Agnes, their son Blair and his dear wife, Jamie and son Lars, and other family members. My hearts got out to all of you in this time of sorrow. Mr. R was a man larger than life and raised a wonderful family. May he rest in peace and may all of his family find love, comfort and peace in the Lord, knowing he is with him now and in his glory. • I've known "Mr. R" most of my life. He and Agnes welcomed and accepted all of my family as theirs when Blair married my sister Jamie. I remember Christmas dinner at the house on Maddock and Mr. R was singing Burl Ives all day long! He also took my son in as his pseudo grandson, much to Logan's delight. "Papa Raz always snuck me chocolate bars!" I especially enjoyed the bond he created with his grandson, Lars. What a joy to watch how much a grandfather could love a child! I love my Rasmussen family very much and express my heartfelt sorrow for this huge loss. Love, Sheila (Jim and Logan) - Posted by: Sheila McEntire (sister in law to Blair Rasmussen) on: Jul 12, 2012
