ANGELA RAMONA VANDALE OCTOBER 10, 1928 - JULY 16, 2012 After a short, but hard fought battle with lung cancer, Mom passed away at her residence with family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband Jerry, daughter Alice, son Benny, three brothers and one sister. She leaves to cherish her memory, brother Louis, sister Lorraine, daughters Doreen and Peggy (Dave), sons Wayne and Ray (Marge), grandchildren Penny and Poncho and many more grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, as well as her grand-dog Angie who was her favourite companion. She will be missed by her card playing friends in the block and her Bingo buddy Anne. We would like to thank the Palliative Care nurses Jennifer and Alison and Dr. St. Goddard for all their care and compassion. As per Mom's wishes cremation has taken place, and there will be no formal service. In Tears In tears we saw you sinking, we watched you fade away, you suffered much in silence, you fought so hard to stay. You faced your task with courage, your spirit did not bend, but still you kept on fighting, until the very end. God saw you getting tired, when a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around you, And whispered, Come to Me . So when we saw you sleeping, so peaceful and free from pain, We could not wish you back, To suffer that again.
