Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANTHONY SCHEEPERS September 30, 1929 - August 20, 2012 Peacefully, surrounded by family on August 20, 2012, Tony passed away following a lengthy illness. He will forever be remembered by his wife of 55 years Mary Anne, daughters Johanna and Barb (Bill), sons John (Brenda) and Ted (Kathy), and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. He also leaves to mourn many relatives back home in Holland, Netherlands and Ontario. A celebration of Tony's life will be held on September 5, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the King Parish, 847 St. Mary's Road. Special thanks to the staff at the MICU at Health Sciences Centre for their compassion and support. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Tony's memory can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation 204-949-2000.

Dear Mary Scheepers and Family I was saddened to hear about your dear husband Tony, father and grandfather's passing. My parents, Peter and Coba were friends with you for as long as I can remember back in the late 1950's. Many days and evenings were spent sharing stories, playing cards, with hopes of winning, building cottages in Petersfield with perseverance and determination but always having a great time with plenty of laughter added. We watched your children grow up and become parents and although the years and distance have flown by. I did ask my brothers and sister in Winnipeg if they knew how the Scheepers family was doing. We were thinking of you. Please accept our condolences at this difficult time.
