Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOAN WENDY PIRIE (ARMITAGE) May 6, 1955 - September 12, 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joan on Wednesday, September 12, 2012, after a lengthy illness. Joan was born in Murrayville, BC Joan is survived by her partner Dave Armitage, son David Wayne Jr., twin sister Marion Pirie and Gary and Dorothy Armitage. Joan liked camping, being outdoors and her dog Wiggles. A big thank you to the 8th floor Palliative Care for taking such good care of Joan. Thanks to Gerald and Olive Shachtay for their support. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations can be made to the St. Boniface Palliative Care, 8th floor. Cremation has taken place. We will always love you and miss you dearly
