Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUCIE KATHERINE PEARASE We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother and sister Lucie Katherine Pearase on January 23, 2013. Lucie was born at 6:01 p.m. March 12, 1956 in Concordia Hospital to Anna and Otto Cabel and resided in Winnipeg all her life. Her parents Anna and Otto Cabel predeceased her. She leaves to mourn her son Donovan Pearase and her brother Arthur Cabel, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Mom laughed and loved and could take pleasure in the simple things in life. She loved animals, our dogs Rex, Charlie and Deisel, and had a creative flare for decoration and art. She earned her Batchelor of Social Work degree at a very difficult time in her life, and always ended up on her feet regardless of her struggles. She will be deeply missed and is finally at peace. A memorial service will be held Friday, February 1 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler at Henderson Highway.
