ROSINA CAMPBELL With sadness and heavy hearts the family regrets to announce the tragic passing of our loving mother, Rosina Campbell, on April 13, 2013, at her residence. Mom had a heart of gold and never turned her back on anyone. She was generous, loving and caring. She will be sadly missed, never forgotten and will remain in our hearts forever. Cremation has taken place and a service celebrating her life will be held Tuesday, April 23, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler at Henderson Hwy.

  • Rose I will never understand why this has happened and I will never be the same. Don't think that I forgot who mothered me when mom was not able. I cherish the many years we had together . I can still smell your sent and your loving arms around me. I know at times I wasn't a good sister and I am sorry for that , however I will not take back anything for its just how our life was played out. You were always their when I needed you and I never ever told you thank you but I am now. I miss you and grieve for you every day.   • Growing up next door to the Gastl's felt like we were one big family. Rosie a yr older, Garb a yr younger; they were the sisters I never had. I remember Aunt Mia got angry, it was funny as quite often she would start by saying "Rose, Garb, Suze". I love the Gastl's and will remember Rosie fondly forever.   • I met Rosina on a trip to Canada, she showed me so much love and she was a beautiful woman and meeting her will always stay with me.   • Tim & family, We had many a fun times with the Gastl girls and Oma. Coffee chats till wee hours of the morning, late night card games, spaghetti dinner nights and Sunday morning breakfasts. Rosie you were a very kind hearted person who opened your home to everyone. You were very sincere, genuine, forgiving and a wonderful friend. Your friendship and yours guidance was very meaningful to us. Your presence in our lives was something that we will always cherish.
