RAPHAEL (RALPH) ALFRED JOSEPH VINCENT April 21, 1938 - April 20, 2013 We are saddened to announce the passing of Ralph Vincent on April 20, 2013, just one day short of his 85th birthday, after a short battle with cancer. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 60 years, Irene (Faucher); his children Shirley (Derek) Thomson, Ken (Rachelle), Ron (Alice), Larry (Diane), Gary (Marlene), Kim (Paul) Andre and Karen; grandchildren Kellea, Brittany, Chelsea, Maxine, Kevin, Vanessa, Alain, Chantal, Stephanie, Previne, Amy, Adam, James, Michael, Julie, Lisa, Meghan, Heather and 19 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister Madeleine Laurin, sister-in-law Marisa and brother-in-law Louis Jeanson. His loss will also be felt by many more brothers and sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Dad was predeceased by parents Arthur and Eva, his first grandson Colin Vincent and his son-in-law Ted Armstrong. He was also predeceased by his brothers Louis, Armand, Gabriel, Joe, Johny, and sisters Therese and Catherine. Dad was born and lived his whole life on the "family homestead" in the R.M. of Ste. Anne, MB. The family would like to thank Dr. Duval for his special care of Dad over the past few years. Cremation has taken place. The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 27 at 10:00 a.m. at the Ste. Anne Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dad's memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 1160-675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
