HENRY BERGEN On May 30, 2013, at Donwood Personal Care Home, Henry Bergen died at the age of 88 years. He is survived by two daughters, Ruth Penner (Len) and Linda Sawatzky (Reg); and one son, Marv Bergen (Anita); six grandchildren and their spouses; two great-grandsons; four brothers; one sister; and their families. He is predeceased by his wife Helen; his sister Mary; and brother Peter; and two brothers-in-law. Special thanks to Donwood Personal Care Home for their excellent care. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at Portage Avenue Church, 1420 Portage Avenue, with George Toews officiating. Interment to follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Viewing at the church prior to the service. If friends desire, donations may be made to Back to the Bible, available at the church.

We will fondly remember Henry as a loving, Godly man, gentle, yet with strong convictions and integrity. His love for family was very evident and he did not want to miss a single birthday party or gathering.
