AGNES PETERS March 7, 1915 June 6, 2013 With sadness in our hearts we are notifying you of our mother's passing on June 6, 2013 at the Victoria Hospital at the age of 98. Her mind never faded only her body could not continue. You are now free of pain. She was a remarkable woman who put up a fight until her final day. We are comforted to know that she has gone to be with her Lord and Savior. She was predeceased by husband Bill in 1999, and also son Abe in 2005. Left to cherish her memories are son Edward, daughters Grace, Jeanette and Valerie, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Agnes had a pleasant disposition. The more tasks she had to accomplish the happier she was. She crocheted her famous heart afghans for all who wanted them. "One day I know we'll meet again, but until that day, take care of her, oh Lord we pray." She was our life...Our mother. The family will be holding a private service.
