RHONDA LEBLANC Rhonda Leblanc, 49 of Landmark, MB passed away at the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach on Monday, June 17, 2013. A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, June 20 at 11:00 a.m. at the Prairie Rose EMC Church in Landmark. If friends so desire donations may be made to The Leblanc Children's Care Fund.
