DORIS CUNNINGHAM It is with respect that we say Mum has been thankfully reunited her with her husband and family. In early morning, at Mum's favourite time of the day, she left this world. We will miss her caring, creative spirit. Born in 1923 and raised in a loving family in Winnipeg, she worked at Midwest Aircraft during the war and later at D'Allard's. She met her husband Jack at the Riding Stables, married him in 1951 and moved to Poplar Point to raise a family on the farm. Dog's, horses, gardening, baking, farming and family history were her passions, with artwork her focus in later years. Mum was loved dearly and will be missed by her children, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place with a family graveside service to be held at a later date. Funeral Home and Crematorium 843 Sherbrook Street, 204-774-7474 Condolences: www.bardal.ca

  • There are lots of fond memories of time spent with A. Doris, family gatherings, berry picking, chickens, and picnics at the pits. I knew without a doubt that she loved us all. Cathy - Posted by: Cathy Mondor (niece) on: Jul 06, 2013
