My Grandfather was a good man. He taught me how to be classy and how to do a lot of things.he was such a nice man and it's sad to see him go. I miss my grandfather so much and I went to visit his grave, a bench, where he is buried with my great grandmother. - Posted by: Don Inkster (Grandson) on: Dec 29, 2016

I met Ken in 1970 when I was taking 17th Century Lit from him. He was both knowledgeable and erudite and made the times so interesting; in fact more so for me than the Literature. I got a B.A. that year and studied further the next year. I met Ken by accident at the Pemby after 1995 when we found we both liked the light Jazz of George Reznik. Some years later I began to give him rides home after the music. We talked a lot and became friends. He loved Craig Fotheringham's style when George retired and we rode home together, often playing his music. It was later when Ken's mind began to slip and it hurt and angered him. I could tell the amazing thinking was still there but diminished was his ability to elucidate. That was very hard for him, so we just put Craig's cd on and he loved it. I have fond memories of Ken and I am proud to say I have learned from him. Sincerely, Brian Curtis - Posted by: Brian Curtis (Student/Friend) on: Jul 31, 2013
