My fondest memory of Uncle Len was getting up early to go fishing, wrestling as "Big Daddy Splash" and I was so scared for my uncle that I was crying. I can still smell his pipe to this day. See you in the hereafter. Love Chrissy - Posted by: Chrissy (niece) on: Oct 06, 2013

The Chain Has Broke For My Special Trusted Friends of 32 years … Ann Mitchell lost her husband Len of 43 years in the still of the night on Friday October 4th, 2013. I will forever remember our first meeting so many years ago. My first impression of your beloved Len was how devoted he was to your every word. His kindness and gentleness is forever my memory of our times together with Sean. Dear Ann I will not insult you Ann by trying to tell you that one day you will forget. I know as well as you that You Will Not. Len was not only your Husband; he was Your True Soul Mate, Best Friend and even Co-Worker. But, at least, in time you will not remember as fiercely as you do now - And I Pray For You … that …that time may be soon. Our Sincere Heartfelt Sympathy to you and your family Say not in grief that he is no more but say in thankfulness that he was A death is not the extinguishing of a light, but the putting out of the lamp because the dawn has come. - Posted by: Denise Hunter-Taras (Friend) on: Oct 05, 2013
