Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Ron was a valuable part of the St. Vital Olympians. He was a magnificent assistant coach always more then willing to help us with the athletes. We always looked forward to hearing Ron's weekly bowling scores. Ron will be sadly missed by the St. Vital Olympians. - Posted by: Tammy, Richard, Bree-Ann, Eric Jubinville, Emma, Saige, Lisa, and all program volunteers (Special Olympics. • I would like to send my deepest sympathy to Ron's family, friends and the staff at Trailblazers, who I know were taking this loss very hard. The news of his passing was quite a shock as I was fully expecting to see him in class this past week. Ron was always so welcoming when I entered the building, whether it was with words or with a handmade card for an up and coming holiday. Ron helped set up the mats for the class and was an avid participant! He felt that the stretching in yoga would help him with his bowling game and at the end of every class he told me "last night I had said a prayer for you". I enjoyed the time I spent with you Ron. Rest in peace my friend. Namaste - Posted by: Gail Gagne (Yoga teacher at Trailblazers) on: Oct 18, 2013

  • I have known Ronnie since I started at Trailblazers in 2006. He was the biggest Elvis Presley fan I knew. He was always happy and always kept you laughing no matter what mood you were in. Ronnie was and always will be a Trailblazer. Ronnie. Rest in peace My friend. - Posted by: Shaun Arbuckle (Trailblazers Life Choices Colleauge) on: Oct 18, 2013

  • We wish to extend our sincere condolences to Ronnie's family and friends. I knew Ronnie from when he lived in Glenboro. I don't think I had seen him since he moved away, until recently when we met at Trail Blazers. He hadn't changed a bit and we had a great time reminiscing. I'll always remember Ronnie's genuinely infectious laugh. - Posted by: Larry, Christina and Tyler Jamieson () on: Oct 16, 2013
