GORDON ROBERT BLANK (GREY GOOSE) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Gordon Robert Blank on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 after a brief battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his mother Edna, father Norm, and sister Sharon. He is survived by his brother David, sons Robert and Chris, daughter Tanya (Craig), granddaughter Jayde, and common-law Linda. Gord was born on January 10, 1959 in Winnipeg. During his time he worked many years with Prelude Flooring and when he wasn't doing that, you could find him in the garage working on cars which was his passion since childhood. He will always be remembered by his stories of his 10 Second Chevy II. At Gord's request, no funeral services will be held, however a Memorial Brunch and private room service will be held Sunday, December 8 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Canad Inns, Garden City, 2100 McPhillips St. Special thanks to the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital, 5th floor Unit 1, for all their help as well as Voyage Funeral Home and Crematorium.
