We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. Growing up as neighbours across the road I/we have many great memories with the whole family. Your Mom was a "Saint" when it came to looking after sick people. My family could always count on Bette day or night when Dad was very sick. I will always remember her smile as you never saw her without one. I must share this one with you girls as it always will be with me. Cherun, remember one of the times I was grounded for something and my mom would not let me call or play together for a day so we set up a flashlight code and your mom saw it from your living room window and knew what we were doing but never told my mom. Was and always will be a great lady in my eyes. Cherun, Margo, Erid, remember your Mom is now in Heaven looking after your Dad with the biggest smile and having a great time. May God Bless all of you in the loss of your Mom and may He give you all strength and peace knowing she is smiling down at all of you. - Posted by: Deanna Pringle, Jessie Drohomereski and family (Friend and ex-neighbours) on: Dec 29, 2013

Barry and I wish to offer our sincere condolences to Margo and Cherum on the passing of your Mother. A life well lived is a precious gift of hope, strength and grace from someone who has made our world a brighter, better place. It is filled with moments sweet and sad, with smiles and sometimes tears, with friendships formed and good times shared and laughter through the years. A life well lived is a legacy of joy and pride and pleasure, a loving lasting memory your hearts will treasure. A life well lived leaves its gentle pattern on the hearts of all and the world is a lovelier place because one person touched it with warmth and grace. The gifts your Mom brought into the world will never be lost. It is healthy and honorable to weep at the loss of someone we love. Healthy because such passion must be released. Honorable because it is respectful to admit the importance of people who have loved and supported us – people whose footprints cannot ever be matched. No time on earth is long enough to share with those we love or to prepare our hearts for good-bye. She will be deeply missed. - Posted by: Janet & Barry Smith (Family and Friends) on: Dec 28, 2013

So sorry to hear of the loss of a great mother and friend. I always enjoyed working the evening shifts at the Hospital with Bette and knew that the best of care was given to the patient. I also enjoyed the social time we spent together and our sewing marathons before a vacation came up. Treasure the memories. - Posted by: Marilyn Warkentin (friend) on: Dec 28, 2013
