Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Our sincere and deepest condolences to Bert, Joanne and Louie, Pat and Nancy, Monique and Brian and all of her grandchildren who she loved and spoke so highly of. Georgie was a dear family friend and business associate who always had time for us whether personally or professionally. Every Friday as I brought her the week's mail, claims and invoices, Georgie would excitedly show me her new sewing projects she would be working on for her cherished grandchildren. We would talk about gardening, share recipes and she would also show me her many projects from making dresses to recovering chairs. There wasn't many things Georgie was afraid to tackle and that went for life as well. Our chats in The Marketplace will be missed. Always the optimist, she presented herself as The Little Engine that Could! My deepest regret is that we never set a date for my pressure cooker lessons. "What we have once enjoyed, we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes part of us." ~ Helen Keller - Posted by: Tim, Dawna, Jesse & Morgen Graham (Family friend & Business Associate) on: Feb 09, 2014

  • Our sincere condolences to Bert, Monique and Brian, Pat and Nancy, Joanne and Louie and to her grandchildren that she so cherished. Georgette was a grandmother to my children and played a huge role in their lives. She taught me how to sew, cook and garden. We had many laughs and good times! She will be remembered forever. It is now your time to rest in God's garden of peace and tranquility. - Posted by: Linda and Raymond (Sister in law) on: Feb 08, 2014
