DWAYNE EDWARD PATRICK April 6, 1967 March 1, 2014 After various complications, Dwayne passed away peacefully from pneumonia surrounded by his loving family. Dwayne is survived by his loving life partner Maryann Slot and her son Jeremy, his mother Bernice, stepdad Larry, brother-in-law Don and nephews Anthony (Tony) and Andrew Provenski, his special uncle Bill and Lori, and numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his brother Darryl (1975), father Neil (2001) and sister Cheryl (2003). Dwayne attended West St. Paul School, Lockport School and Selkirk Collegiate. He started his career at Atomic Transfer and worked at Stevens Medical Supplies, Buckwold Western, and at the time of his death, at Crane Supply. A Celebration of Dwayne's Life will take place on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street.
