EDWARD MROCHOWSKI We regret to announce the sudden death of Edward Mrochowski on Friday, March 28, 2014 in his home in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 73 years. Edward is survived by the last of five siblings, Stanley Mrochuk of Winnipeg along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents August and Nancy; sister-Mary; and brothers Frank, Walter and Patrick. Upon completing high school, Edward worked in the field of radio and television repair and building maintenance. He was an avid reader, gardener and took great interest in all things mechanical or electronic. Edward always enjoyed time with family and friends and in turn his visits were especially enjoyed by his brother Stanley and family. He often spoke fondly of a driving trip to the West Coast with Uncle Ed (Ryshak) and cousin Doug (Ogg). A Catholic Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue, Winnipeg. Interment will be held at a later date. Special Thanks to all those over the years, who afforded Eddie comfort, generosity and precious time of fellowship. God knows he appreciated it. In lieu of flowers and if desired, donations can be made to a charity of one's choice in Eddie's name.
