JOHN F. REIMER John Reimer, 74, of Landmark, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2014, at Bethesda Hospital, Steinbach, MB. He is survived by his wife, Madeline, two daughters: Wannetta (Don) Fast of Kleefeld and Carol (Tom) Rawluk of Gypsumville, MB; two grandchildren: Lyndol Fast and Kaitlyn Fast. He is also survived by seven brothers and three sisters. He was predeceased by his parents and one sister. The funeral service will be held Monday, April 7, at 1:00 p.m. at Prairie Rose EMC, Landmark, with interment at the church cemetery. Viewing will be on Sunday, April 6 at 2:00 p.m. with a devotional at 2:30 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel and at the church prior to the service. We had the pleasure of meeting John & Madeline at the Viva Tangerine resort in Puerta Plata, Dominican Republic back in 2005. We enjoyed spending some time with them there. We also met John a couple times back in Steinbach. Such a pleasant, friendly man! So very sorry to hear of his passing. Our sincere sympathy to Madeline & the family.
