Nancy, what do I say. My feelings are all over the place right now. I am so shocked and saddened to hear of your passing. We drifted apart over the years, lots of wasted time, but you were always in my heart. I remember when we first met as little girls and my first trip to Thompson to visit you, Jim and George. Then we grew up and became friends and neighbours. We were always there for each other and had good times and lots of laughs together. I'm so sorry that you're now gone. I will remember you always. As I write this, I'm smiling to myself thinking about some of the things you used to say that made me laugh. You were so funny and made a lot of people laugh. So many memories. We were supposed to meet for our 65th birthday at the Brass Rail for a drink! I will still have that drink with you when that time comes. You are loved and will be missed by many. Rest in peace Nancy, Love from your cuz Wanda. - Posted by: Wanda Fowler (Cousin) on: Apr 23, 2014

My heart is very heavy and filled with sorrow of the passing of your sister. I will always remember my cousin Nancy as someone who was always full of love, laughter, life and joy.....even with all the hardships she suffered through. Nancy always made me smile. As a kid I remember Mom used to say "the Parsons'" are coming over and I'd jump for joy, for I knew my cousin Jimmy & Georgie were coming over with their sister Nancy and all of her long black, frizzy, kinky hair....it just amazed me as I'd never seen so much hair on such a tiny person....but along with that hair always came a great big hug, a big smile and her laughter would soon fill the room. We will miss her dearly but her spirit will live on not only in me but in those who were also touched by her spirit! Our thoughts are with you. - Posted by: Mark Bishop & Jeff Jenkins (Cousin) on: Apr 15, 2014

Our deepest sympathy to Nancy's family. I worked ICU with Nancy years ago and I remember how her smile and personality always lit up the room. She was a very warm and caring person and I enjoyed the time that I worked with her. RIP Nancy - Posted by: Wendy Kowal (Co-worker) on: Apr 13, 2014
