Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNA (ANNIE) LYSAK (nee KOLODRUBSKY) March 3, 1916 - May 19, 2014 While having the good fortune of sharing many of her 98 years, it is with sadness we announce the passing of Anna (Annie) Lysak (nee Kolodrubsky) on May 19, 2014. Anna was born in Vita, Manitoba on March 3, 1916 as sister to (and predeceased by) Steve, Michael, Peter, William and Mary. Anna is survived by son, John (Patricia); grandchildren, Kerri (Paul) and Darren (Dayna); great- grandchildren, Carson and Peyton; in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Anna moved to Winnipeg in 1946 and while she worked at many endeavours, fondly remembered her time at Rice Sportswear until her retirement in 1965. Anna was a proud member of the Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of Saint Mary the Protectress. Anna's family wishes to thank all of the staff at the Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg for their care and support. A private family service will be held in honour of Anna's life, with flowers graciously declined. Anna always had youthful enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and found joy in the simplest of things. She will be dearly missed. KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-956-2193
