Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHLEEN BIRSTON (nee CUMMING) September 14, 1933 - June 11, 2014 On Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at the Selkirk General Hospital, surrounded by family, our mom left us to be with her parents Alexander and Helena; husband John; son Patrick, and brothers Bobby and Ron. Remaining to forever cherish her memory are her children David, John, Kathy (Keith), and Troy; stepchildren Marvin (Evelyn) and Joyce (Pete); grandchildren Doug (Zuzana), Tamara, Aaron, Kaylynne and Kayla; brother Ray (Joyce); sister Shirley (Ed), and sisters-in-law Joyce and Loretta. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Selkirk General Hospital, Dr. Demsis, Dr. Zoppa and staff at Betel Home for the compassionate care given to mom. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 17 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Andrews Church, St. Andrews, MB

I came across Kay's passing accidentally and just wanted to offer my condolences to the family , which at one time I knew - many years ago. I remember going to " auntie Kay snd uncle John's" place's as a young child, just outside of Selkirk.
