ELSIE KOKOSKI Peacefully, Elsie Kokoski passed away on June 14, 2014 at the Bethania Personal Care Home. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to the caring and compassionate staff at Bethania and to the provincial home care workers who provided support to Elsie. At Elsie's request, no formal service will be held. Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Just want to encourage the family....I only met Elsie in the last few years but felt such a bond with her. She was a very special person. The sparkle that would be in her eye when you smiled at her told me that in days gone by, she would have been a dear friend. I will truly miss her.
