JOHN ROBERT NIXON John Robert Nixon went to be with his heavenly Father, at the age of 57, on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. He was a courageous man who rose above blindness and later, cancer, to be an inspiration to many. He loved God and loved his family well and we will miss him greatly. Left to mourn his passing are: his wife Carol Nixon-Pauls, his son John Nixon-Pauls, his mother Molly Nixon, his siblings: Kevin (Dawn) Nixon, Doreen (Ralph) Oswald, Stuart (Connie) Nixon, and Beth Cleaton; and numerous nieces and nephews. The memorial service will be held on Monday, June 30, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Nassau Street Church at 232 Nassau St. N., Winnipeg, MB. Ash Interment at a later date.
