MINNA GOOSSEN 1918 - 2014 Minna Goossen passed away peacefully with her family at her side, on June 21, 2014. Cremation has taken place and at her request, a private family interment will follow. Mom was predeceased by her husband Albert in 2006, and is survived by four children and their families. A special thank you to all the health care personnel who made it possible for Mom to stay in her home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba or a charity of one's choice. Coming from Argentina, with no family in Steinbach, Minnie & Albert (our Beaver Cr neighbours) were like grandparents to my children...inviting them in for hot chocolate and ginger snaps...I always remember them with much love and gratitude.
