FLORENCE FRASER April 9, 1930 - July 7, 2014 Sadly, on Monday, July 7, 2014, at the age of 84 years, Florence Fraser passed away at the Pinawa Hospital. Florence was born on April 9, 1930 to Elise and Wilbrod Fraser in the R.M. of Argyle. She will be fondly remembered by her case workers at ACL and residents of Stoney Plains. Florence had several brothers and sisters. Florence enjoyed puzzles, shopping, photographs, going for dinner at Chicken Delight, getting her hair done and recreation at Stoney Plains. Thank you to the staff at Stoney Plains Terrace for providing wonderful care to Florence over the years and to the staff at Pinawa Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17 at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour. Flowers are gratefully declined.   • I didn't know about my Auntie Florence until I was a teenager and never met her until she attended her Father's (my grandfather) funeral when I was in my 20's. When we were introduced, she rushed up to me and gave me a big hug. I liked her right away. I visited her at Stoney Plains Terrace with my Aunts and brought her some special things when her brother (my Dad) passed away. She was very interested in what I had given her and it brightened up her day even though she had lost another family member.
