Condolences & Memories (6 entries)

  • I remember waiting in line just a few spots behind you as we all waited to go write our Pharmacy entrance exam. I wanted to say hi but I was hesitant as I hadn’t talked to you since high-school. I’m happy you had gotten in, you were a bright student that had a lot to offer to this world. You were also a great source of inspiration for me, we both went from at point being uninterested students to some of the brightest, though you far exceeded me. I’ve kept you in my thoughts and I’ve kept working hard too, I’m in a better place today in part thanks to you. Rest In Peace Cassandra. - Posted by: Harman Tatla (Classmate) on: Aug 11, 2019

  • I'm missing Cassy so much. In grade 5, there was this school trip to Camp Stephens where she invited me to join her and her friends at their cabin when I didn't have many friends myself. I wasn't really liked in my schooling years, but Cassy was one of the few who was really nice to me and became a friend. I felt that Cassy was genuine; I felt comfortable being my annoying self around her, and I didn't feel like she befriended me out of pity. I remember her comforting me when she saw me crying over silly child stuff which I can look back now and laugh about it. Days like today, a part of me wants to go back to the past to those minimal-worries childhood days and enjoy it with my old friend whom has made my elementary experience a lot better for all it's worth. Thanks for the times, Cass. You are really appreciated, loved and missed. Emily Young - Posted by: Emily (Classmate) on: Jul 11, 2017
