CALVIN CHARLES COULTER September 14, 1926 August 28, 2014 Cal passed peacefully in his sleep with Ruth, his wife of 66 and a half years, by his side. Cal is survived by his beloved daughter Colleen, his grandson Chad Pilkington, and numerous nieces and nephews in Grand Forks and Toronto. He was predeceased by his sister Jean Palfrey of Toronto, his sister Glenice Freibohle of Grand Forks and his mother and father Annie and Ken Coulter of Emerson, MB. Cal was born in Emerson where he resided until he finished school. After working briefly in Winnipeg, he joined the Navy. His working years were mainly spent in the floor covering industry. In summer, he loved hunting, fishing, golf and his time at the lake cottage. He spent his winters snowmobiling and curling. Cremation has already taken place and a service will be held at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, 220 Helmsdale on Friday, September 5 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place in the family plot at a later date in Emerson, MB.
