JOHN FLEMING DAVIES December 13, 1954 - September 4, 2014 Left to mourn his passing, are his daughter, Shari and his devoted son Ricky, who was also John's very best friend. Also grieving are his parents, Glenn and Peggy Davies, along with his brothers, Greg, Rick and Brad. Kathi, the mother of his children, is also deeply saddened at his passing. We will remember John as a gentle soul who loved his family and his Toronto Maple Leafs. A ceremony will be held in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home at 220 Hespeler Avenue in Winnipeg, MB on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME 204-668-3151

  • It was by accident that I just found out about this, and was shocked and saddened. I knew John in the late 60s early 70s and have many memories. The one that comes to mind is at CNE in Toronto, throwing a football through a car tire, which he was exceptionally very good at. He didn't notice the people crowding around him, till they started applauding as he walked away with a lot of prizes, a big smile and a laugh.... Lol...I think he enjoyed that.
