BETTY LORRAINE SIMPKINS October 17, 1925 September 15, 2014 Betty passed away peacefully on September 15 at Calvary Place Personal Care Home. She is survived by her step-daughters Jane McGrigor (Winnipeg) and Susan Toke (Edmonton), her niece Linda Penner (Estevan) and nephew Bill Nicholson (Saskatoon) and their respective families. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Simpkins, her parents Henry and Laura Nicholson and her brother Ken. The family would like to sincerely thank the staffs at Sturgeon Creek 11, Oakview and in particular Calvary Place, where she received such tender and compassionate care for past seven weeks. A celebration of Betty's life will take place on October 17 at 1:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Regina, Saskatchewan. If friends so desire, a donation in Betty's name to the Winnipeg Humane Society would be greatly appreciated. VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME 668-3151
