Ken's legacy will always be his kindness and his sense of humour. We haven’t talked in what seems a lifetime, and I am heartbroken upon learning of his passing. Ken was someone who made a great impact on my life…his gentle, generous spirit made me trust that there was goodness in this world, and his sense of fun made me realize how extraordinary it is to laugh so hard that you cry. I feel blessed to have known Ken, and I will continue to reflect on our times together with gratitude. I extend my deepest condolences to his family. - Posted by: Chandelle (friend) on: Jul 18, 2015

Oh Ken... I was looking to see if I can find you and stumbled upon this.. My heart is broken. I always thought we would meet up one day and reconnect and share our stories, Our journeys.. My kids and husband needed to meet the man that stopped the bus with Hugo and pulled me off and many other stunts. How did I survive the teenage years with you two.. LOL The forbidden love that we had.. ahhh to be young ..and oh we were.. You will be missed... Love you mister! Tom I am so sorry for your loss... Oh my I am shocked at the news of Ken's passing. Our family new Ken and his brother Tom from grade school. Although we hadn't spoken in years I thought of him often with fond memories of the times we had spent on our hobbies as young boys. Ken was a truly kind hearted person even as a young boy it was obvious to all who knew him how special he was. He was a fighter, even with his things like his asthma he wouldn't let that stop him from doing what he had set in his mind. Ken always did everything with a goal to do it as well as possible. He wasn't one to cut a corner. Ken was a person I always admired and respected.I hadn't spoken to Ken in many years and thought of him this past month on more than one occasion. I am not sure what took such a great guy away but I will always remember the great person he was and the many great childhood memories I shared with him. You will be missed by all that had the great pleasure and fortune to know you and call you a friend. My Deepest sympathy to his family. About a year ago I reconnected with Ken after too long, at of all places at Santa Lucia pizza in the washroom. If you know Ken, as you likely do - that gave us plenty of joke material for the past year. We exchanged a lot of funny texts since then. I invited him out to the gym I go to and like pure "Dolph" he bought a year membership on the spot. Said it would save his life he did. I was lucky to spend an evening workout together with him like old times when we were teenagers. If Ken liked something he never did it half-way. I am sorry for his family's loss. I will remember him for the kind and generous guy he was. - Posted by: Sven (friend) on: Oct 14, 2014

What happened ? It didn't have to end like this my friend. I am heart broken. I know you were suffering and in pain. I wish I could have saved you from yourself, but I couldn't . You were a good person and I wish you wouldn't have given up. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family . The comfort is knowing that the demons that haunted you are gone and you are finally at peace. You were my friend and I will always remember you and always miss you. - Posted by: Bernie (close friend) on: Oct 11, 2014
