Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Just remembering the "Good Old Days' when we'd visit Uncle Bill and Aunt Elsie at their 'Groc Store Business' either Gimli or McMunn, we'd never walk away empty handed, treats galore. Or the Senkow Family gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, delicous food, music, laughter, spending quality time with family members, will always be treasured memories and sorely missed. Rest in peace, Uncle Bill. Sincere sympathy to the Senkow Family! - Posted by: Lorraine Drewlo, Beausejour Eva Molinski, Birds Hill, MB (Neice's) on: Oct 21, 2014

  • I think of the Senkow family with fond memories. I lived 3 doors down from them when they had the store in Gimli. I used to babysit all the children. I was especially fond of Donna and we used to play together every chance we got. I am now 67 and don't know how old Donna would be, but I remember her in her pink snowsuit and us playing in the snow. I tried to find her about a year ago on Facebook, but no luck. It would be nice to get in touch and find out how she has been doing and would love a picture of her. . I don't even know if you remember me but if you do, my email is shyrlj@gmail.com. My condolences to the whole family. Best regards, Shyrl - Posted by: Shyrl Slywka (Johnson) (Friend) on: Oct 21, 2014
