EMILE MCKAY Peacefully and surrounded by his family Emile McKay passed away on November 19, 2014 at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Winnipeg, MB. He is survived by his wife (Darlene) and sons Martin, Wayland, and grandson Keegan. Brothers Albert (Donna), Harold (Monica) Olson, sisters, Irene Luik, Rosalie Chartrand, Dorothy Miles, sister-in-law Leona Coutu, brother-in-law Peter (Lillian) Coutu, Roy (Wendy) Coutu, Melvin and Philip Coutu, and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Ambroise and Amelie McKay, brothers Arthur, Paul, Stanley, sisters Marie Thiessen, Herveline Desjarlais, Alphonsine Olson, Dora Premack, Clemence, Victoria, Elizabeth McKay. Prayers will be said 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the St. Laurent Roman Catholic Church, St. Laurent, MB. Followed by funeral mass, Father James deBeer officiating at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at the cemetery following the service. Thank you to the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital 3U5 for taking such good care of him. If so desired donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association. MacKenzie Funeral Home in Stonewall in care of arrangements.
