Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY GIROUX Born September 24, 1923 in Rhineland, Manitoba Peacefully on January 3, 2015, Mary Giroux went to be with her Lord and Saviour at the age of 91. She will be lovingly remembered by her family: six daughters, Alice, Eileen, Lillian, Lorraine, Jasmine and Annette; two sons Morris (Louise) of British Columbia and Roger, and son-in-law Nelson. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Mary was predeceased by her husband Arthur, daughters Elaine and Maryjane, and sons Edward and Leo. Mary spent her younger years living on the farm helping her family with chores, until as a young woman, she met Arthur, whom she married and became a homemaker. We want to thank Lillian and Nelson for giving Mom the best of care in their home for the last five years of her life. Special thanks for the care from Dr. Sawchuk and Homecare. Mom we know you are in a better place, but you will always be with us. We love you always. Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 9 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler at Henderson Highway. Interment will follow at St. Vital Cemetery,

My sympathies to all of you cousins at the passing away of your mother Mary. I remember talking to Lillian when you used to pick up your mother for church many years ago. May God grant you comfort.
