Condolences & Memories (7 entries)

  • Dear Aunty Irene and Donnie, My sincere condolences on Uncle Eddie's very sad passing. He was such a sweetheart and I have always thought so well of him and even though he never really was my uncle, I could just never let go of the endearment established in childhood. That's how he made me feel and that's how I felt towards him: like we were extended family. He will be missed, especially by my Dad, his long-time friend. With deepest sympathy, Allyson Domanski and family in Ottawa - Posted by: Allyson Domanski (Family friend) on: Jan 28, 2015

  • Don and Family, I am so sorry to hear the news today of the passing of your Dad. I know how proud of him you are and the little things he did to win your admiration, respect and love. You were always there for him right to the end and he knows that. Your Mom and you need now to be there for each other with the rest of your Family. Your Dad is now in a better place without discomfort or pain. May God Bless him, may he rest in peace and give you and your Mother comfort and strength. - Posted by: Nuno Camara and Darren Eliass (Friend) on: Jan 20, 2015

  • To Don and family, so sad to hear of your Fathers' passing. We pray he is in a better place and any suffering has now ended. I remember Ed as being a friendly, engageing and accepting person. Someone who was easy to talk too and interested in what you had to say. I got a sense that he was genuinely interested in helping our younger generation no matter what it involved. He was a hard worker and a caring father. Sorry we cannot be there to share your loss. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family through this difficult time. Our Deepest Sympathies. - Posted by: Brett Armstrong & Vee Scromeda and Family (Family Friends) on: Jan 17, 2015

  • I will always remember Uncle Eddie as a very laid back, happy man. He was so proud of his beautiful garden, he must have taken after Baba for that. Uncle always smiling and loving to Auntie. - Posted by: Cheryl Bihun Maksymuik (Neice) on: Jan 17, 2015
