Date of Passing: Jan 19, 2015
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANTOINETTE BUBOIRE (BOUBARD) Peacefully, on Monday, January 19, 2015 Antoinette passed from complications. She was embraced into the loving arms of the Lord Jesus Christ, her savior. Antoinette was married and raised six children. She worked at the Pine Falls Hospital, where she practiced as a nurse and translated, in the Saulteaux language, for patients and staff. Her gift of compassion came through in her profession and in her relationships with family and people in general. Her choice was to live a life based on her relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, that gave her the ability to channel God's love through her. You could see God's love in her actions, her decisions and her outlook on life. As a mother, sister, aunt, grandmother (to name a few) she was generous, loving and kind. Despite some hardships in her life, her choice was to consistently choose love and forgiveness above anything else. We are grateful for the time she has touched all of us. Special thanks to the staff of Seven Oaks General Hospital - Emergency Care Unit. Funeral service will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date. My thoughts are with you and your family during these difficult times. I enjoyed going with you when you went to visit your mom at her home, she had such a warm comfortable home. She was a kind Christian mother. We pray the love of God enfolds you and your family during your journey through grief. - Posted by: Joanne Grandbois (Second Cousin) on: Feb 26, 2015

Toni and I were long time co-workers and friends. She was a great bed side nurse and could always be relied upon to keep the in-patients safe while I was busy in Emergency or the case room. Her interpreting skills were put to good use too many times to count. She was often verbally abused by her fellow Saulteaux, but she kept her cool until it was safe to vent. She was injured at work, trying to lift a patient who had collapsed, and had to "retire" early. Heaven has a new angel. - Posted by: Linda Rudd (Co-worker and friend) on: Jan 23, 2015

Antoinette was an incredible person who loved her family dearly. Her faith and love for God were prevalent as she never complained and was grateful for all that she had. My thoughts and prayers go out to Antoinette's family who I know adored her. Sandra, Denis and the rest of the family will miss her dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Your Mother is at peace and with God......we will all see her again one day! God Bless! Sincerely, Lorraine Gauthier - Posted by: Lorraine Gauthier (Friend) on: Jan 22, 2015
