Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIA MARGARIDA BENEVIDES October 20, 1941 January 30, 2015 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother, Maria Margarida Benevides at the age of 73. She will be greatly missed by her five children, Zenaida (Mario), John (Edite), Nizalda (Marcelino), Donny (Delia), and Tereza; her sister Ecarncao Lopes; and her precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Maria was predeceased by her husband Raul Benevides. Prayers will be said on Thursday, February 5 at 6:00 p.m. in Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 6 at 10:00 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin Street North. Interment will take place in Assumption Cemetery. 204-586-8044

My deepest condolences go out to the all the Benevides family. I've known all of them since I was 16 yrs old and the mom was sweet, wonderful, nice lady and thoughtful. She will be missed and loved and now she's at peace! Rest in Peace Maria Benevides! - Posted by: sherri (friend) on: Feb 04, 2015
