Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAGDALENA BARTEL May 19, 1923 - January 30, 2015 Magdalena (nee Dueck) passed away peacefully at the age of 91 years. She was predeceased by her husband Herbert in 2004. She is survived by sons and daughters, Otto, Werner (Jo-Anne), Anna (Harold Epp), Martin (Phyllis), Lydia, and Karl (Judith); 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister. She had a zeal for God's word and a zest for life. Funeral service will be held Monday, February 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Sargent Avenue Mennonite Church, 926 Garfield St., with viewing at the church prior to the service. Interment at Brookside Cemetery. Thanks to the staff at Grace Hospital for their care.

PEACE,.... to you all, family BARTEL. I met Magda and Herb through the Ainslie family some years ago. Magda was an example to me of a life lived in sober devotion to her Lord and her Saviour ....
