I remember when my Dad had the choir for Folklorama and Heather was the baby of the choir. We got into a lot of trouble from my Dad for not paying attention to his instructions but we had a lot of giggles and a whole lot of laughs. Keep on singing and dancing Heather. May the Lord smile upon your children. - Posted by: Yvette Roberts(Smith) (Friend) on: Feb 25, 2015

Heather is fondly remembered and will be sadly missed. I have known the Holder family since the early 80s through a mutual friend Inskip. A hospitable family, warm and engaging, Heather participated and contributed valuably in many broad spectrum "dinner table" topics. My sincerest condolence to the Holders - Posted by: Donovan Hale (Family friend,,,,mutual friend Inskip Spencer ) on: Feb 17, 2015

I met Heather back in 1976 at the Caricana Folkorama Pavilion.. Since then we been very close friends. Heather use to come to our home on a regular basis every time she took her youngest daughter to her Dad's house because her dad was living down the street from us. Unfortunately I was unable to attend her funeral because I did not hear about the funeral until 1 hr before. Heather will be missed by all her friends and her family. Please rest in Peace Heather..... - Posted by: Emanuel Edwards (Friend) on: Feb 14, 2015

I've visited with beautiful Onyx, for almost 4 years. We talked and visited and I would read to her. Her soul shone through her and sang even when she no longer could. I know she is fully healed and dancing with tremendous joy in the other realm where we will meet again. - Posted by: Jeanette (visitor at the Deer Lodge Hospital ) on: Feb 13, 2015

I remember Heather as a "firecracker!" Very outspoken and didn't sugar coat what she said. Sorry to hear about her passing. Condolences to her kids and family. - Posted by: Kim Williams ( We danced on stage together in the early 70s at Folklorama.) on: Feb 12, 2015
