KATHLEEN FLORENCE LE FEVRE (nee ROACH) August 28, 1920 - February 6, 2015 Peacefully with her son and the caring staff of 4E St. Boniface Hospital by her side, Kathleen passed away. She was predeceased by her husband Rixon in 1953. Kathleen was born in Edmonton, Alberta into a large family and came to Winnipeg in her teens to live with her older sister Dolly (Bob) Kergan where she attended St. Boniface College to finish her business schooling. She is survived by her son Charles (Carole), daughter Judith (Ron), one sister Gladys Fox of Edmonton, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter, as well as many nieces and nephews. Kathleen worked at Sparling Sales on King Street for many years and finished her working career with Acklands, Winnipeg. She was a member of Eastern Star, Pride of Beaver Lodge and volunteered for 17 years at the Health Sciences, CancerCare Centre. Many thanks to Dr. Mahita and all the very caring staff of 4E St. Boniface Hospital. A special thank you our mother's favourite care aide Nelfredo, who she called Bill. Cremation has taken place with a family interment at Brookside Cemetery with her late husband to take place at a later date.
