Jessie (McIntosh) was a superb pianist and organist at Atlantic Avenue United Church. Jessie and Joyce (Carter) Donnett, who was leader of Girl Guides, produced many musicals performed in the church to packed audiences. Together they provided an outlet to young girls at a time of their lives when purpose-filled activities were very much needed. I (at 83 yrs. of age) was one of many. Jessie accompanied my solos in church for many years and I valued her skills greatly. I remember her with great affection and gratitude. - Posted by: Marjorie (Collins) Grierson (Acquaintance of many years ago) on: Feb 18, 2015

We can't thank you, Sandra and Norman, for all the love and kindness you have shown Jessie. My Dad's mother's last name was Bews and would have been a sister, I believe, to Jessie's Mom. - Posted by: Ina Jean (Anderson) DeSanto (my father, William Harrieman Anderson, would have been a cousin to Jessie Mac) on: Feb 17, 2015
