Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAVID KLASSEN September 18, 1934 - March 7, 2015 It is with deep sadness that our family announces the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, David Klassen, after a long and courageous battle with illness. We are grateful for the tender care he received on the Palliative ward of St. Boniface Hospital. David was a kind, gentle man, full of humour and song, loved by all who knew him. He was a wonderful husband to Peggy and father to Deborah (Vic), Sabrina (Darryl), and Martin (Lisa). He was especially adored by his grandchildren, Tyler, Riley, Christian, Sydney, David, Hannah, Gabriel, Logan and great-granddaughter, Audrina. David came from a very large Mennonite family and will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, and his surviving siblings, Mary, Anne, and Ike. We take great comfort in knowing that our dear husband and father is in peace in heaven with his Saviour, Jesus. He is reunited with his cherished loved ones, including his parents, his many dear brothers and sisters, and his beloved grandson, Christian. A celebration of David's life will be held on Friday, March 13 at Calvary Temple, 400 Hargrave Avenue beginning at 12:00 p.m.
